  • We suggest cocktail attire or “colorful chic” for the evening!


    The Switch House is a stunning venue and we want to embrace the elegance of the evening as well as the fun of the communities we gather to celebrate.

  • Yes! The Switch House has offered complimentary valet parking to all guests until they reach their lot capacity, with priority reservation for VIP guests. The event entrance is located at 1325 Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125.

    There is also additional free parking available nearby at Penn Treaty Park or paid parking at the Parkway Corporation lot located on the south side of the Battery.

  • Doors open at 5:45 and we ask that all guests arrive by 6:30pm to fully enjoy all of the evening’s events, food & drinks, and fun!

    The evening’s programming will begin promptly at 7:45pm.

  • We’ll miss you!

    If you need to leave the evening early and have participated in the silent auction, live auction, or prize drawings, we will contact you via email to coordinate delivery of your prizes. All guests will also receive a recap of the evening’s fundraising achievements via email.

  • Cescaphe, our catering partner, can provide vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu items for both cocktail hour and dinner service.

    Please notify Erin Agnew (eagnew@12plus.org) of any dietary accommodations ahead of time or any Cescaphe staff member during the event.

  • Yes, there is elevator access near the front entrance to the 2nd floor where the event will be held as well as fully ADA accessible restrooms and seating.

  • We strongly encourage interested guests to purchase their tickets ahead of time. This allows us to provide the best experience for you during The Believe Ball.

    If you do need to purchase a ticket that night, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you so that we can all celebrate together!

  • There will be lots of fun ways to engage with our staff, students, and organizations during the event!

    Your phone will be your best tool throughout the night to access key information, our silent auction, and other parts of the program via QR codes. All guests must register through GiveButter upon arrival in order to receive a guest number that will identify their dinner seating.

    If you have any questions or issues, please speak with any 12 Plus staff member during the event. We ask that all check or cash gifts be deposited at the Registration table.
