We work hand-in-hand with our partner schools, creating vibrant learning spaces and providing personalized academic and postsecondary advising.

In over a decade of service, we’ve followed a simple motto:

We BELIEVE in every student’s potential and work with everyone to find their right postsecondary path.
This year, we will work with over 6,500 students across 15 different high schools. And our community continues to grow!
We ACT by dedicating hours to discovering each student’s interested and needs before offering advice.
12 Plus runs dozens of workshops for every grade, hosts school and city-wide events, and on average, meets with each senior for 13 individual advising sessions.
It’s our students who INSPIRE their peers through their incredible achievements, creating a community of postsecondary achievement.
Last year, 88% of our seniors committed to a postsecondary pathway and collectively, they were awarded $14.2 million in debt-free financial awards.

We know there are no shortcuts in helping students pursue a postsecondary education nor is there a single approach to achieving postsecondary success.
