The PLUS Leaders program fosters leadership by empowering students to inspire their peers, build school pride, and create a positive, college-focused culture. PLUS Leaders are role models, driving their community toward academic achievement and postsecondary success.

For juniors and seniors, FLIGHT ensures no student is left navigating postsecondary options alone. From researching schools and scholarships to finalizing applications and financial funding, FLIGHT offers one-on-one guidance throughout the entire college admissions process, helping students take flight toward a brighter future.

Our commitment doesn’t end at graduation. Through ASCEND, we continue to support our alumni as they transition into college & career life. With personalized mentorship, access to a network of peers, and resources for navigating the complexities of higher education, ASCEND ensures students stay on track to achieve their postsecondary goals.
