At 12 Plus, we believe in every student's potential for success. We must act— sharing personalized guidance and resources— to harness the power of youth to inspire and motivate one another.
That is why we take pride in our site teams, who are available to every student in our partner schools. They greet them on the first day of high school and cheer them on as they cross the graduation stage. They are mentors, advocates, tutors, and trusted advisors.
These are the 12 Plus Fellows.
It is our humble privilege to invite you to the 12 Plus Fellows Initiative, a 10-month engagement that opens a channel for passionate professionals to transform the culture of Philadelphia and Camden high schools. You will be on the frontline of our mission, empowering students to realize their dreams and equipping them to accomplish their postsecondary goals.
FELLOWS ARE...
Future education pioneers, social entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and healthcare professionals. They are encouragers, motivators, mentors, and supporters. They come from diverse backgrounds but are united by their common pursuit of access to the education and career opportunities our students deserve.
Fellows are at the forefront of our mission. Our teams work to cultivate postsecondary-going cultures within our schools and community, collaborating with students and staff to respond to challenges and opportunities every day.
Stationed full-time in our school-based PLUS Centers, our Fellows aim to build transformative relationships with students and empower them to succeed in education and careers beyond the 12th grade.
We challenge you to create change within our cities, our students, and yourself. Join us in showing others that a small group of dedicated individuals can truly change the world.
