The Origin Story
Founded in 2012, 12 Plus set out to redefine what was possible for students in our most underserved communities.
What began as a modest, volunteer-driven initiative has grown into one of the area’s largest and most comprehensive College & Career Readiness services.
We recognize that true transformation doesn’t come from helping only a few— it comes from empowering entire school communities.
Our Mission
To increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to succeed in education and opportunities beyond the 12th grade.
Our Vision
To empower and equip all young adults to become community change agents by pursuing life-long learning through post-secondary education and career development.
